Broadway Jazz Master Class at Dance City Studio

Join us for a 2 hour #BroadwayConnection Master Class!

All dancers aged 8+ are invited to participate in a Broadway Jazz Master Class with a cast member of WICKED on September 28, 9:30-11:30 am at Dance City Studio. 

Dress Code: Dancers are required to wear a black leotard with tan tights, and slip on jazz shoes to participate. Hair must be in a high ballet bun. 

While participants are not required to be currently enrolled at Dance City, pricing is effected by enrollment status. 

Master Class Pricing:
$35 Fee for Dance City Students enrolled in the 2013-2014 Dance Year
$50 Fee for all other dancers

Registration forms and payment are due at time of Registration. Limited registrations available. We encourage you to Register ASAP in our Lobby.

It's time to register for 2013/2014 dance classes!

It's hard to believe that Summer is almost over, but the good news is it's time to dance!

Registration for 2013/2014 dance classes will be August 4th and 11th between 1 - 4pm at Dance City Studio. 

Classes will start the week of August 19. 

Dance City Studio offers dance instruction in the following styles:

Join us for Open House and Registration in August! Dance City will be open for tours, shoe fittings, and more during our Open House Event. Drop in with your current or future dancer for a chance to win great door prizes, such as tights, tutus, t-shirts, and sweatshirts.

How To Use the Dance City Portal

Thanks to Courtney, we've entered the 21st Century and now have this snazzy new customer portal to organize your class schedule, billing and other administrative features. If you haven't logged into the customer portal, you really should!

We had this short video made to help demonstrate how the portal works. Watch it before you get started and contact us if you have any questions! 

2012-2013 Dance Year Registration

It's that time again! We know many parents are beginning to plan their student's schedule and activities for the 2012-2013 school year. Managing a whole family of schedules can be tough work, and we applaud our dance parents for finding the time to allow their children to dance. Registering early can help you find the perfect class to fit into your busy schedule. By logging in to our Customer Portal, parents can view our Schedule and even register their student today! 

But, that's not the only reason to register early! Each student that is registered for the 2012-2013 Dance Year on our customer portal by July 31, 2012 will receive one free Dance City Car Decal featuring his or her name. Registration fee must be paid online through our Customer Portal by July 31st, 2012 to be eligible for the free decal. Summer classes and camps do not apply.

Happy New Year!

We hope you've had a great Christmas and holiday season and enjoyed some time off! We've been busy preparing for the return to classes and wanted to post some information to keep you all up-to-date on what's happening at Dance City.

Classes Start Monday, Jan. 2

We will return to our normal class schedule on Monday, Jan. 2. We're looking forward to seeing you all! Also, the studio will be closed on Jan. 16th for Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.

2012 Recital Update:

Our annual recital will be on June 2, 2012 at 4 pm. Costumes have been selected, ordered, and most have already been distributed to our dance families. If you don't have your costume, please contact us. Our theme for the recital is "Love Songs" and will feature our dancers dancing along with all of our favorite songs. We hope you will join us for a fabulous show!

Spring Enrollment:

For new dance students: It's not too late to register for dance classes! If this is your first time here, and are interested in registering your child for dance lessons, please click the above "Register" link. When selecting a class, click "Spring Enrollment." Summer/Fall schedules will be updated in April.

10-Year Students:

100 Years of Dance

One of the fun things about dance is how much some of the basics stay the same, while styles can change each decade. This fun video features some great dancing, while also showing how fashion has changed just as much as our styles of dance. Hope you enjoy it!
